Daftarry provides a bilingual cloud platform for shops and tailoring businesses in Qatar. Our services include:

• Daftarry Ledger: track customer balances, payments, and shop credit
• Daftarry Tailor: manage orders, measurements, and delivery status
• WhatsApp and SMS notifications to customers
• Customer self-service portal for balance and order checks
• Arabic and English interface for Qatar businesses

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• 14-day free trial for new users

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Spam or harass others

Data and Privacy

Your use of Daftarry is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we implement security measures to protect it. We use database-level Row-Level Security (RLS) for multi-tenant isolation.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts for violations

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Daftarry's services, including software, designs, and trademarks, remain our property. You are granted a limited license to use the service.

Limitation of Liability

Daftarry shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Third-party services (WhatsApp, SMS providers)
• User error or misuse

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal activity
• At our discretion with notice

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
