Daftarry started from a straightforward observation: Qatar's small shops and tailoring businesses are run by capable people who shouldn't need complex software to do their jobs. Customer balances recorded in notebooks. Tailoring orders on scraps of paper. Payments forgotten. Time spent chasing things a well-built tool can handle in seconds.
